Why did product Number.7 start to turn brownish or cristallizes, and is it still usable?

- This product reacts to changes in temperature, for example during transport or simply by leaving it at a warm or cold temperature for some time. It is recommended to store the product in the dark and cool place. If it crystallizes, keep the bottle in warm hands until it liquefies.

What is this product Number.7 used for?
